Useful subjects to put in the first line, so nothing gets lost:

• Bug — a tool returned the wrong thing. Include the video link you used (or a similar one) and what you expected.
• Feature — a size, format or field you need and cannot get today.
• Creator request — you own a video or channel and want something changed or removed. These go to the front of the queue, and no justification is needed beyond identifying the content.
• Partnership or press — mention the deadline in the first line if there is one.
